Institutional close notification
KCTCS will be on institutional close starting Monday Dec 23 and returning Monday January 6th. All offices and SRNA/Medication Aide testing are closed. January test dates are currently available for scheduling in TMU for most testing locations.
Nurse Aides in other states wanting to work in Kentucky need to contact the KY State Board of Nursing for reciprocity instructions.
New Site by TMU/Headmaster
Some Benefits of New Site:
- More reporting access.
- Quicker results and results access online.
- Instructors will have to input less student information.
- Students can schedule themselves once the course is completed.
- Students will be notified by email when results are ready and have their own login to view results.

SRNA EXAM:
Written $40 (Oral/Audio $55)
Skills $95
Secondary students will be charged at the standard pricing structure
Medication Aide Exams:
KMA/CMA I $50
CMA II $50

Nurse Aide and Medication Aide Instructor Login Access Request
Instructors must request access to the TMU test site by completing the applicable application.
Nursing Students- Nurse Aide Challenge
Nursing students requesting to take the SRNA exam must apply for the SRNA Challenge by completing the applicable application.
